Did you get my order? I didn't get any emails or anything to confirm my purchase.
If you did not receive an email invoice with details of your transaction, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org right away so we can determine if your order is in the system or not. Sometimes a typo in your email address can cause this issue, but better safe than sorry. Also be sure to check your spam and junk email folders first to make sure the receipt is not there.
Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your package.
How long will it take to get my item?
Shipping will take approx 1-3 weeks from time of purchase.
What is your return policy?
All Today Show Sales are Final Sales - No refunds or exchanges.
I received a tracking number, but how do I track the package?
There is a link within the confirmation you received. Simply click the link and it should take you to your tracking information. If your email service disables links, simply copy and paste the tracking number into Google.com, or USPS.com and your tracking information will be displayed.
How will my item be shipped?
Orders will be shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation.
